On April 15, 2024, the charming Art Factory venue in Athens became the epicenter of a delightful wine event organized by the Paros Farming Community. It was an evening dedicated to celebrating Seiradi wines, bringing together an eclectic mix of wine enthusiasts, industry professionals, and gastronomy journalists.
The atmosphere was vibrant, filled with the anticipation of discovering the unique flavors that Seiradi wines have to offer. Our guests, hailing from various corners of the wine and hospitality industry, were in for a treat. They not only got the chance to sample our entire range but also to delve deep into the story behind each bottle.The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the guided tasting session. Led by esteemed wine journalist and connoisseur, Simos Georgopoulos, alongside our very own Dimitris Mansolas, co-founder of Hetero Wines and consulting partner at Paros Farming Community, it was an educational yet thoroughly enjoyable experience. Their insights and anecdotes added a rich layer of context to the tasting, making it a journey of both the palate and the mind.
This special event also marked the official launch of our brand new TOPOS RED 2022, a unique wine that under the PDO Paros has undergone a co-vinification of a white and a red grape, Monemvasia and Mandilaria. The excitement was palpable as guests experienced the debut of this exquisite addition to the Seiradi lineup, which promises to be a standout with its rich, robust flavors and exceptional craftsmanship.
Following the tasting, the event transitioned into a relaxed get-together. Guests mingled, chatted, and savored the wines alongside an array of delicious bites and delicacies. It was the perfect setting to foster connections, exchange thoughts, and simply enjoy the moment.At Paros Farming Community, our motto is "Wines for Curious Minds," and this event truly embodied that spirit.
